Position Summary:
Location: Athwa gate, Surat (Planning to shift to VESU probably in 6 months)
Salary: 22000-28000/month
Experience Required:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business and customer loyalty.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a detailed record of client interactions and sales activities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our financial products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations with clients and successfully close deals to drive business growth.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and leads, and provide post-sale support to address any client inquiries or concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
Sales Reports: Provide regular reports to management on sales progress, market conditions, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales (experience in financial services is a plus, but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products in a simple and clear manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CRM software experience is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
