Position Summary: 

Designation: Operations Executive

Location: Athwa gate, Surat (Planning to shift to VESU probably in 6 months)

Salary: 12000-17000/month

Experience Required: 2 Years (MBA Freshers can apply)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred), a proactive attitude toward learning new tools, and the ability to handle diverse back-office tasks. In this role, you will assist with service-related functions, perform routine calculations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management & Excel Expertise:

    • Maintain, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, data cleaning, and generating reports.

    • Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all operational and reporting tasks.

  2. Back Office Operations:

    • Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative and back-office tasks, including filing, document management, and tracking orders/invoices.

    • Assist in maintaining databases, ensuring timely and accurate updates of relevant information.

    • Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and resolve issues.

  3. Service & Customer Support:

    • Assist with service-related tasks, providing timely and effective support to internal teams or customers.

    • Help manage service requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up actions.

  4. Calculations & Reporting:

    • Assist with calculations related to operational processes (e.g., inventory, financial reporting, etc.).

    • Generate and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.

  5. Process Improvement & Efficiency:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes and workflows.

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and improve productivity.

  6. Learning & Development:

    • Actively engage in learning new skills and tools to enhance personal capabilities in Excel and other relevant software.

    • Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of new best practices within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduation

  • Previous experience with service-oriented tasks or customer support is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level: pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • A proactive learner who is willing to expand their skill set.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
