Position Summary: 

Location: 901 - 903, International Wealth Center, B/s C B Patel Health Club, VIP Road,Vesu,Surat, Gujarat 395007

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred), a proactive attitude toward learning new tools, and the ability to handle diverse back-office tasks. In this role, you will assist with service-related functions, perform routine calculations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.

  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

  • Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizer, and paper towels.

  • Prepare and serve tea and coffee for staff and guests as needed.

  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Assist with special cleaning tasks as required.

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments timely.


Qualifications:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to prepare tea and coffee.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
