Position Summary:
Designation: Equity Trader
Location: Athwa gate, Surat (Planning to shift to VESU probably in 6 months)
Salary: 12000-17000/month
Experience Required: 2 Years (MBA-finance Freshers can apply)

Core Responsibilities:
Trade Execution: Execute buy and sell orders in the stock market for clients or internal portfolios with precision and accuracy.
Market Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, price movements, and relevant news to identify trading opportunities and provide timely investment advice to clients.
Portfolio Management: Regularly review and manage clients’ investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all trades and actions comply with market regulations, company policies, and internal guidelines to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all transactions, trades, and interactions with clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance based on market conditions and portfolio performance.
Key Requirements:
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of stock market operations, trading platforms, and financial regulations.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with the capability to interpret complex market data quickly.
Experience: Proven experience in equity dealing, trading, or related financial roles within a fast-paced environment.
Client-Facing Skills: Effective communication and client service skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment strategies and market conditions.
Decision-Making Under Pressure: Ability to make quick, well-informed decisions in high-pressure situations to seize trading opportunities and manage risks effectively.
