Position Summary:

Location: 901 - 903, International Wealth Center, B/s C B Patel Health Club, VIP Road,Vesu,Surat, Gujarat 395007

Salary: ₹10,000.00 -₹20,000.00 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years of experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred), a proactive attitude toward learning new tools, and the ability to handle diverse back-office tasks. In this role, you will assist with service-related functions, perform routine calculations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues.

  • Regularly update clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.

Sales & Advisory Support:

  • Understand client financial needs and provide suitable investment options across equity, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, etc.

  • Support business development by cross-selling and upselling investment products.

  • Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention and acquisition.

Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Guide new clients through KYC, account opening, and compliance formalities.

  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about financial markets, stock movements, and product innovations.

  • Share insights and recommendations with clients in collaboration with the research team.

Client Servicing & Reporting:

  • Monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports.

  • Coordinate with back-office and operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Financial and investment acumen

  • Client-focused approach

  • Good understanding of equity markets and financial instruments

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)

  • NISM certifications (Series VII, VA,XI etc.) will be an added advantage

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/sales in wealth management or broking industry
