Position Summary:
Designation: Accounts Executive
Location: Athwa gate, Surat (Planning to shift to VESU probably in 6 months)
Salary: 12000-17000/month
Experience Required: 2 Years as accountant

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Compliance Assistant to support our financial operations. This role involves a variety of tasks related to accounting, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn new concepts in accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Update bank entries for all non-individual accounts.
Conduct Sushil ledger matching on a half-monthly basis.
Ensure timely entry of cash expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
Expense Management:
Record and manage all expense bills and payments.
Process TDS and GST bills on a regular basis.
Prepare monthly rent bills and ensure timely distribution.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all purchase and sales bills.
Perform data entry tasks and rectify any errors promptly.
Ensure all entries are completed in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Filing and Compliance:
Handle regular filing work and maintain organized documentation.
Back up accounts and compliance data regularly, including recording phone calls for compliance purposes.
Financial Analysis:
Match mutual fund brokerage with sale bills on a monthly basis.
Generate trade permission letters monthly as required.
Professional Development:
Engage in new learning opportunities related to PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and accounting practices.
Participate in product testing or exploration of new concepts relevant to the role.
Team Support:
Take additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned.
Support the accounts and compliance department as a backup when necessary.
General Administration:
Monitor grooming, attendance, and time management for the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
